The summer heat might be on, but all you need is a fresh juice or a refreshing smoothie to kickstart your day. What’s more, you can make some of these drinks – healthy ones, even – at home!

Here are some fresh and refreshing drinks you can make at home:

To make a Chai tea, you only need to use a juicer or a blender for mixing ingredients such as black tea, sugar, and vanilla.

In conclusion, there are lots of recipes – including the ones above – which are not only easy to make, but also healthy to drink. And with that, is the realization that while most people often take health for granted, one can always choose to live healthily – even if you’re the kind of person who only eats or drinks his or her favorites. You see, living healthily doesn’t mean entirely giving up on your favorites. It’s more like being careful about what you eat or drink, but using that kind of understanding to incorporate “healthy” into “favorite.”
